I completed my first week and I must say kickboxing with Master Joe is GREAT! The class is fun even for shy beginners there’s no pressure, you can go at your own pace. The burst of energy I feel after a class is awesome…I look forward to the next class every day. Joining this class was the best decision. You won’t be disappointed…
